We offer a 1 year warranty for materials and workmanship. We can offer support via email, telephone or face to face.

While many products are in stock, we have over 12,000 items. Standard delivery is 2-3 weeks if the item is not in stock.

Many of our products have replacement parts. Please consult the office to find out if your products are serviceable.

What is the process for returning or exchanging products if needed?

We can accept unused and unopened products within 30 days after shipping. A 25% re-stocking fee may be applied. Certain products are quoted as (SPECIAL NON-STANDARD ITEM NO RETURN OR CANCELLATION) these products cannot be returned.
